Which bands do the charms fit?
All of them. Our charms fit every WHOOP band, including the knit, sport and leather straps.
How do I attach a charm?
Open the clip, slide it over the strap on the outside of the band and press it shut. It takes a few seconds.
Will it scratch my band?
No. The inside of the clip is lined and rounded, so it holds firmly without marking or stretching the strap.
What metals do you use?
We use 316L stainless steel finished in 18k gold, rhodium or rose gold. It's hypoallergenic and nickel free.
How long does shipping take?
We ship within one working day. Delivery across Europe usually takes 2 to 5 working days.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn charm in its original packaging within 30 days, and returns are free.
